Flex-on’s Safe-On Junior Stirrups are at the forefront of “Breakaway” stirrup design, combining cutting edge technology with a new safety-release feature, ensuring that the rider’s foot releases in the event of a fall. The Safe-On Junior Stirrup releases the foot by opening its retractable outer arm when the rider’s weight acts against it, and then can be easily secured back into place.

Features Include:

• Organically sourced polyamide outer with reinforced with internal steel frame construction.
• Wide tread improves the rider’s balance and security while decreasing levels of rider fatigue and promoting better posture and alignment. 
• Unique elastomer shock absorbers beneath the stirrup treads absorb vibrations and reduce impact on the rider's joints.
• Once the arm is released, it can easily be secured again  – simply click back onto the screw on the side of the stirrups.
• Asymmetrically designed, these stirrups come with distinct left and right sides, marked "R" and "L" on the frame.
• Replacement Safe-on Retractable Arms are available. 
• 4 1/2" Wide
